To place your order, follow these simple steps:
- Find the product or products you would like.

- Add a note if you need to share any specific information with us.

Do I need to create an account to order from you?
You do not need to create an account with us; you can use the express checkout option. You can choose to save your details for your next order or not—it's completely up to you.
How do I get my order packed on TikTok?
Please feel free to reach out to us by messaging us on TikTok, leaving a note at the time of your order, or messaging us on Facebook.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay, and we also offer AfterPay and Zip as a payment options.
Do you ship orders outside NZ?
We only ship within New Zealand.
Can I use discount codes or gift cards?
We offer discount codes when you sign up for our online newsletter, and we also share special offers throughout the year in our newsletters. Be sure to sign up so you don't miss out!
At this stage, we do not offer gift cards. However, if you'd like to give a gift from us, please email us at sales@internationalsweets.co.nz, and we'll be happy to assist you with finding the perfect gift.
Can I add more items to an order I’ve already placed?
If we have not shipped your order yet we may be able to arrange a change in order. Please contact us ASAP, if you would like a change to your order. We would then arrange for you to place another order with items you would like to add and we would void the second shipping cost.
Do you sell clearance or dated stock?
Yes, products marked with a "dated" label have just passed their best-before date. Best-before dates can be found in the product descriptions. We also occasionally offer clearance deals—be sure to check our sales and clearance sections.

What is the minimum order for Free Shipping to be activated?
Free shipping is activated once your order reaches $150.00.
What are the shipping options?
- $6.90 Flat Rate Shipping for Courier,
- $9.00 Shipping for Rural Courier.
- Free shipping for all orders above $150.
We use NZ Post for delivering our goodies all around New Zealand.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
We use NZ Post for orders. Deliveries are usually overnight, but please allow an extra 1-2 business days for parcels to reach the South Island and 2-4 business days for rural deliveries.
What countries do you ship to?
International Sweets ships to New Zealand only at this stage.
What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
At International Sweets, we want your treats to arrive in perfect condition! However, we can’t take responsibility for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order does arrive damaged, please reach out to NZ Post at 0800 501 501 to file a claim. We’re here to help if you have any questions!

Click into the product and click the “notify me when available” and we will send you a message once we have re-stocked that particular product.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?
If the item is unopened and in mint condition, we’ll replace it. To receive a replacement, please return the original item to International Sweets. We’ll provide a prepaid return courier satchel, and your replacement will be processed within 1–3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Tracking emails will be sent once parcels have been collected. As soon as your parcel is dispatched from us, you will receive a tracking email. At each point when your parcel is scanned by the courier, you will receive an update, including when it is delivered.
